This course will discuss on an overview of Human Resource management functions at RBC including: RBC staff code of Conduct and staff behavior, Recruitment process, staff orientation/induction program and Compensation/payroll mechanisms, staff performance evaluation and employees welfare.  Generally this Module is detailing important steps that are required to ensure each function is well implemented by either an employee or employer for smooth running or Human Resources human activity in RBC. After the completion of the course a learner will be awarded a certificate.

This course will discuss on an overview of Logistics management functions at RBC including: Stock Management, Fleet Management, Assets Management, Event Management, Utilities management, Cleaning and Security Services at RBC premises. Generally, this Module is detailing important steps that are required to ensure each function is well implemented.

Learn about the health sector in Rwanda and how the Rwanda Ministry of Health provides and continually improves the health services of the Rwanda population through the provision of preventive, curative, and rehabilitative health care. This course introduces visitors and new staff to the mission and organizational structure of the MOH while encouraging new staff to reflect on how they will contribute to mission and goals of the MOH.

This course deals with the principles and practices of secretariat services and archive management. Topics that will be covered include:Topic 1: Principles of secretariat services(CSS) and management, Topic 2: Correspondence handling and official documents  and Topic 3: Archiving.
