Module Description
The aim of this e-learning course is to increase knowledge, skills and abilities on breast cancer prevention, screening, and management. Nurses will also be able to use it as part of their ongoing Continued Professional Development (CPD). The course topics will focus on ethology, epidemiology, risk factors, screening methods, treatment modalities and strategies for the management of breast cancer.
Pre-requisite for this course is a nurse qualification and basic IT skills. This course is applicable for all nurses and midwives working in Health Centres, District hospitals, Provincial Hospitals, Provincial Hospitals, Referral Hospitals and Teaching hospitals.
