TB Laboratory Diagnosis

This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills to perform TB laboratory testing including results interpretation, validation, reporting and data analysis. This course is divided into 4 modules: Overview of Laboratory diagnosis of TB, AFB smear microscopy testing using iLED FM, Detection of MTB using GeneXpert technology, TB primary culture and drug susceptibility testing (DST).
