Workshop on Reporting Form review and HMIS customization

This course aimed to provide much information on the workshop conducted by the  Ministry of Health in collaboration all stakeholders ( Parteners and Health facilities) In order to upgrade and harmonize HMIS data collection tools and system.  In this regard, the Ministry of Health organized a two weeks working session with all M&E teams from all programms  the staff involved in data management from Partners and selected Hospital data managers . during the workshop the following activities related updating, harmonization of different data collection tools ,development of different SOPs and  data management manual development .The customization of changes made on the data collection tools was  to strengthening data collection, reporting and promotion data use and decision-making.
